Techniques on how to be more Mindful

1: Breathing. It's good to be mindful while you're breathing. Focusing as you slowly breathe in and out. Clear your mind of all thoughts, let the stress, anger, sadness, blow away from your body, and just focus on your breath.



2: Mindful Listening. Close your eyes (if comfortable), and just relax, go somewhere where it is quiet, and listen to all the sounds around you, whether they're loud or silent. Write 
down all the sounds you heard,as well as you can.
You can do this for as long as you want,
but I suggest about 2-3 minutes.



3: Clearing Your Mind. Sit, Lay down, whatever makes you feel comfortable, clear your mind.
I know it might be a little tricky at first, but just relax. Don't worry or think about your stress or anything. Take your mind beyond the room your in, beyond the world, even beyond the universe. Now, release all your worries, all your stress. Then open your eyes, just sit for a moment feeling calm and relaxed.
